I had one shipping company, a canadian one, get back to me today thanking me for informing them of the new rule for horses starting jan 15 and they will now...

When you change flights at an airport you are transiting. Many many animals change flights on their way from one country to another, just like us humans. As the dog is not being imported to Germany...

How big is your dog? Size of a horse? I can't see why the dog would cost that much.

But she won't need the blood test. Just the jab and wait 21 days before travel. Frankfurt has quarantine facility so the dog will just be in transit and not landed in Germany.

Just so you know, rules back in to EU changed as of jan 1 2012 for cats and dogs.

I'm currently collecting quotes to ship a horse and just found out that as of jan 15 2012, all horses from EU in...
