I tried some headcheese today. Quite possibly the most disgusting thing i've ever experienced. Like jelly, but flavored with something thats been dead for a very long time.

They sound like the Superstore perogies. The ones made by the old Ukrainian ladies in the basements of churches are fantastic, as long as they are fried. Better still are the authentic cabbage roll,...
