WA to Sydney is like north england to London, there is always a 6-12 month delay in house price movement, it was sydney that boomed first in AUS so Sydney will fall first.

May not be as bad as you think as AUS prices are down -12% on the year, so if you drop in the UK you can get the money back in AUS.

Are you finding that new agents are putting a lower valuation on the property that your current agent? If they are , what is there reason for this?
