thank you for your thoughts - given the circumstances (which I have not gone into the details) it is temporary off the market. Viewers are just that - they are not the ones who have gone that step...

if that is the only thing they have done, then yes it is a long way, but must be keen (although going to Australia, you better get use to those kind of drives!). My sis spends at lot of time...

at least in Scotland when an offer is made the house is sold, and generally Scotland house prices are doing well, much to the dismay of my sister.

Ask yourself what will happen if you don't sell and move out by April. Are the properties that are selling in your area, are they the same kind as yours, how are they priced.

on how much the house is on the market for eg 10k is bigger % of £100k property than a £500k property

Any progress from the weekend anyone?

For us 2 viewings, one was a 2nd viewing. The estate agent thinks she will put an offer in, but it is top end of her budget. Still waiting if any offer does...

the only move forward is that we have had several viewing, all liking the house but in the end have choosen different locations (ie different towns/villages). Got a few more this weekend plus a 2nd...
