We have fixed the majority of ours so I don't know. We have only left a little variable to give us flexibility of paying more off if we ever have any spare money (which we don't!!).

you mean you haven't been on a girlies night out in Subiaco yet? Its not the same as large city centres at home not by a long chalk but there are still some nice bars.

Unless you are already a canadian or US citizen/PR then prepare for a long wait if you fancy Canada. 5 years is the current expected timescale between applying and landing.

I totally agree with this. Excellent post Mercedes. As I have said before Perth is definately a love it or hate it kind of place.
