I suggest you check your COPR it is probably only valid to March/13 1 year after your medical exam.

Note the date. The processing time were rolled back shortly to July after they were posted for Quarter ending in Oct/11. So they was probably a problem downloading the information from...

Have you looked at the processing times (for I assume London) for post February applications? It is 13 months for 80% of the applications.
