Yes E121 is basically now S1, but this was taken from the HSE website.I'm not a pensioner, but I try to explain what people are entitled to and if the Great Britain is so Great:-), it's only fair...

I said with a UK State pension. If you've paid into the British tax system all your life, why shouldn't you be entitled to healthcare as a pensioner, especially if the UK has an agreement with these...

We had a similar argument in the Ireland forum, but if you are receiving a UK state pension you are entitled to free health care in any EU state, so it's not down to the country you are residing in...
