Due to lots of rain on Saturday and Sunday all ours has gone and there's no more snow forecast :thumbup:

Sounds like we've had it lucky again, nowhere near 3 feet of snow here. It started snowing yesterday tea time and we've now got about 6 inches.
We were supposed to be going to a motorbike club party...

Here the garages want 1000-1500huf per tyre for changing them over. Twice a year that becomes expensive-8000-12000! I bought 2 almost new snow tyres on rims for 9000huf which I fitted to the front...

So I see. I've been watching the weather forecasts and they haven't changed their minds :thumbdown:
I've just swapped the winter tyres as I had a flat. Looks like they'll be going back on next week.

We had a dusting again last night but bright sunshine today so it's pretty much gone now.
Some snow forecast on Friday but then rain Monday and Tuesday so it's not going to hang around.
Then temps...

Everything's gone here. We never had more than 15cm at any given time this year so we've been really lucky :)
There's a dusting forecast on Tuesday evening but I can't imagine it will amount to much.

Fortunately Sirok has been spared the latest dustings so the roads haven't been too bad. I must admit that this is the mildest winter we've experienced so far though. I'm really hoping that we can...

We had about 4 inches last night and a dusting this afternoon. It's supposed to snow overnight but hopefully nothing like you've got. I hate driving over the hills and twisty...

..back to snow: after a couple of days of cold but dry weather, it's snowing again. A couple of inches tonight so far and it's due to continue overnight and tomorrow. Still can't imagine the 40-60cm...

:rofl: When your tuzifa arrives in 2m lengths you don't even consider an axe...unless you have waaaay too much time and don't mind a lot of waste. A chainsaw is definitely needed to get the logs down...
