Sun is beaming down from clear blue sky this morning, looking like temperature might finally hit double figures, and I can start enjoying my morning cuppa out on the balcony.

Agree, there is one day showing on the long range but even if it does snow, it won't come to much in March. The worst is definitely over and the past couple of days have been nice and quite warm. Lot of ground water lying in some of the lower villages wich is quite unusual.
Expect a couple of late frost mid-end of March and then it should be all up from then on.
You'll be fine Cathy

Yes the weather monitoring information is saying that it is currently 5.2 degrees in Nagykanizsa but there is white frost on everything here!

At last! We've been in the garden all day laying paths etc.

I know it's off topic, but it is to do with Spring...we have twin kids born 2 days ago, mum and kids doing well.

So I see. I've been watching the weather forecasts and they haven't changed their minds
I've just swapped the winter tyres as I had a flat. Looks like they'll be going back on next week.

It's supposed to be 18 degrees today but it feels more like about 10 here.

Do you think it is expensive having two different sets of tyres? I suppose throughout the life of your ownership of the car it balances out really.
