Definitely this. We live in a typically affluent neighborhood with low diversity, high educational achievement, lots of professional career parents, etc. The schools are excellent by any measure.

Classes around me are about 25, and they don't seem over-fussy about kids taking regular term-time vacations (I've seen plenty of others do it, although we never have; my neighbor takes her kids out...
