Yeah thats probably why they dont advertise it, they are coming over to the UK to hire, this weekend i think.

I think im in dumb mode again sorry.. So your job doesnt have to be on those two lists to get PR as long as you have a accreditated employer and earning over 55k for the 40 hour week.

No harm in asking. If they are big then are you sure they aren't accredited?

I think its quite easy for them to become accreditated so might be worth asking them to apply

Bummer. I really dont like agencies but number 8 seem to be quite good, we've got a form to fill in to find out more about us - need to send it soon and see what happens.

30 was the guaranteed amount of hours, thats what number 8 group said when they rang dave the other day too. Norm seems to be 45-50/60 in...

Is the LTSSL the skilled list? I think the accreditated option is the only one we can use.

Am i right in saying that if the job offer has to be based on a 40 hour week then the hourly wage would...

So the job offer has to be over 55k and based on a 40 hour week right? We were just short of it last time. They said the wage was that amount just as a trial.. But the contract didnt say this. So...

Yes per hour. My maths was naff as usual because i had worked it out as needing 28ph. That was with a calculator too lol.

They had asked if he was looking to move permanently or just to try it out

Thats what i thought. Dave had a phone call from a company earlier while he was at work, a place called number 8. They are a agency (again!) But have offices in london too. They rang for a chat and...

Quick question - if you go through a agency to find a employer and the offer isn't 55k based on a 40 hour week does that mean you won't be allowed PR?
