I was lucky enough to get in touch with couple of real estate agents near Toronto and the suggestion is to have a short term rental or a motel and look for a place where one wants to live.

You are true, however, as immigrant we would like to have some search prior moving...won't we? That will give us some safety/relaxation, particularly if migrating with family.

I am surprised if this is the mindset there. I am sure if an immigrant can provide couple of good references there thath will definitely help. Does anyone has an experience/story to share regarding...
