Does anyone know the backlog of MI-1 applications? I seem to remember 400k being mentioned... so under the current rate of processing it could mean some people waiting 10 years?!
Or has my memory...

I am just waiting on advice from my Immigration Lawyer, he is doing some research around the class action, I actually mentioned to him that if it does not go ahead I think we may well have to wait...

The thing to remember... and this could be positive or negative depending on your mood...

These times are historical, not projected, what they are saying is that 80% of the cases finalised between...

The email all pre jun 2010 people got back from London said it could take 2 years to clear the backlog, so I would expect it to increase to 24 months, but then again, did that take into account all...

Sounds about right to me, :thumbup: to CIC for updating the times like this, is it me or are they (slowly) getting better communication wise.
