The complaints procedure is the same regardless of which country you applied from.

So suggest you use the e-mail and addresses as detailed in this thread.

Maybe the OP could scan in their own refusal letter, so the forum can comment on whether the refusal was valid or not.

From what the OP has written earlier he/she has husband and family in the UK,...
