Really doesn't make any sense does it, you should be able to say to them "You might as well process my PR if you're going to do all this work for my TWP.."

Hi Kelly, unfortunalely you have a long way to go yet with a cat 1 FSW app. Maybe as another year or so depending on how things go. If you can get an LMO for a job offer then that might get you out...

I don't think so Katie, I think that at the "in process" stage, they're reviewing your case and no positive decision (pending med's!), has been made.

I got mine at the end of August, I'm not expecting to hear anything until early next year.
