Hmmmmm don't count on it... I'm near Torino and the ENEL office is a nightmare... we did get ours changed quite quickly (3months) but when we had a discrepancy with the bill we went to the office.......

Can't have iron, oven, washing machine on in any combo... bloody annoying... but they want to charge us to up it even though we would be using and buying more leccy and oh won't do it on principle...

Ours went off weds morning at 7am on the dot!! Luckily only for about 15mins but you don't know that at the time do you??!! Internet been playing up since then though!!
