Your major "LISTEN TO ME I AM THE LAW" Prediction where you said that i would turn up at the consulate and they would hand me a peice of paper saying VISA DENIED!

Hello all.

I just got back from Belfast to the much warmer climate of Liverpool after my interview at the Consulate in Belfast.

I now HAVE a VISA....or at least will do in two to three days.

No I was not arrested in Northern Ireland its just that the Belfast consulate could give me an earlier interview date than the London one could.

Other than my family (how am i to prove that i would come back for them??) And my job I do not have any other ties to the UK.

I am currently enrolled on a Certificate in Education course.

No this is not correct.

According to the documentation that was supplied with my Police Certificate if there was a spent conviction on record it would say "No Live Trace" meaning that there is...

I have just recieved my police certificate through the post and it has come back with the result of "NO TRACE" which means that there is no (ZERO) trace of me on the Police National Computer meanng...

Yes I have decided to utilise the system put in place, there were lots of people even family and friends telling me to simply risk it and attempt to gain entry and lie on the DS 156 form.

I am currently waiting for a Police Certificate that should list all the information that is held on the PNC (Police National Computer System) about me, I am sure that this will list the arrest date...
