THis is interesting. I think things have slowed, but like Jon said well-priced houses in my area are still moving fast. And prices are still high (sigh).

Though, the Fraser Valley is a different...

To be honest, you can find buildings like that anywhere in Canada or even North America.

Which is the part of Edmonton's problem. It's just another generic sprawling north american prairie city,...

Yeah, I mean, we downsized from a big for vancouver townhouse (1500 sq ft, double garage) to get into a house of around 1000 sq ft. sometimes I miss the space.

I don't miss cleaning 3x bathrooms...

Edmonton, aka Deadmonton. Well. It's not THAT bad. I have a few friends that live there. It's just a very, um, prairie-ish city (flat, v. cold in winter, hot in summer) and not particularly...
