Loosing a job does mean the healthcare goes too, there is gap insurance between jobs (I forget the name now), but from what we were offered the monthly cost was so high it wasn't affordable...

So the swordfish in Portugal is comparable to a pub lunch in UK then, inexpensive and hearty. It's just your taste in food that appears to have changed, you can't expect a proper pub lunch in...
