Exotic Regency phase 2 Goa

Has anyone heard of this it was meant to be around the siolim area next to the Chapora river, phase one was i believe completed and phase 2 in december this year, the name ofr the builder i believe...

Siolim is next to the Chapora river, it is where you used to get the ferry across the river before the bridge was buit across it.

Has anybody bought an apartment on the Exotic Regency phase 1 near Siolim, i was meant to have bought into phase 2 but nobody else seems to of heard of this. Builder meant to be Rukmini construction.

Hello, you're right the website is still up but when you try to ring them an automated message gives you a new number which when you try to call just rings out, i have since contacted another company...
