We've been here 2 years now, make sure in your contract you get medical insurance ( all the family), you are allowed a maid sponsored by your company as the laws are getting stricter here...

Hi,
Just an FYI for everyone on here. I spoke to the British Embassy this morning and they have said that we can bring all our documents in to be notarized by teh vice consul at a cost of 15 rials...

Hi,
Hope you guys don't mind, we're putting our application in in the next month or so, but we have a question about the notarising of documents etc.

I am aware that my husbands generic mechanical enginner is not on the 38 NOC list but he comes under another heading as well which is 7312 Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic which is on the 38 list....
