husband is a UKC I am a USC. We have 1 child who is a Dual Cit and I have 2 biological children that my husband adopted (bio dad is dead)...

While I was in St Helens, I went in the Top Shop at Hard Lane and a group of primary's were there just before school, I walked in and asked for a 10 deck of lambert and butlers... one little boy...

I have also lived all over the US since childhood, I think it is an adaption method I do unconsciously. Stood in the queue at ASDA and was speaking to my mum in law and this little balding man turned...

I wont be applying for it until August 2012 IF we decided to abandon his LPR... I would think, that if we applied for his 751 in Jan 12, he would be able to apply for US Cit sometime early 2013 right?

It is a possibility.... we file for his I751 in January 2012... It's all a matter of timing and how much money we can manage to get saved up. Luckily for me, my boss has agreed to purchase my truck...

We are going back to live... my husband has lost his sister and his nan recently and we had to reevaluate our "family values". I am not close with ANY of my family here in the US and I am adaptable....

Throughout the entire process we never included chat logs, emails, or phone records.

Once you get your K1 and are in the US to apply for AOS, is when you have to basically show you are legit.

I believe varicella is not available in the UK and you would have to get that one here in the US at your i-693 supplement appointment...my husband did not require it due to age...30

We didnt send in an i-693 with out AOS packet, we were nearly a year late into filing it. It never came up in interview or RFE'd to us, What a nightmare. I am glad this round went better for you!

Could it possibly have not been an actual deportation? My understanding is they would have had to go to court and see an immigration judge... If it wasn't an actual deportation, I wouldn't worry...

Be wary of the list though! My husband never had a shot in his life, so he went to his GP and they issued him every single shot on the list, even when they weren't age appropriate!
