I've been waiting for 3 years with no luck, my life is a mess now because of that :frown:. If just someone had ever told me it would be like that I would had not bothered.

Yep, if you are non CSL / MODL or don't have a state sponsorship welcome to the No Australia for us boat. 3+ year wating for a visa ... I can't believe it .

My agent sent me the very same letter, but it was dated june 23. I don't think DIAC send hoaxes to agents.

All I know is I want my fc** time and money back, I've been waiting for 2 years now they...

I see no difference in time with Australia, it will be 2 years since I lodged my application. If I'd know this will take so long and with all this mess I'd choose Canada
