i believe you can go to any embassy, i just got my visa in time, but my visa worker said i would of just had to pop over to the NZ embassy to get it

yep
ive told her ive got my visa but it will be a few weeks maybe 4-6 after i get back, i can get the stamp ,organise my life ,work and get back to oz.
going to be bloody amazing i cant quite...
