Spoke to Sancho this week on site and he said that there are 45 apartments that make up our condominium. In my block of 9 there are 3 apartments that have utilities connected and at least two others...

Top floor, just under the roof is where I have mine, make sure you check for a membrane as judging by the leaks I have there wasn't one fitted in mine. This situation should now have been corrected,...
