Can anyone tell me if we can submit our 186 visa before we have all the required documents?

Im just waiting for the police checks to arrive in a couple of weeks that I will upload everything...

sponsored or independant visa??

Can anyone recommend which visa would be the quickest to be processed. I qualify for both the skilled independent and the sponsored. I would be sponsored by my cousin who has been in oz for about 15...

Cheers guys, My wife has a long history ( 4 years ) with back problems, I'm not sure what they see as a large medical issue!

I did my time in Ryanair, Dublin, how about u? In Germany at the mo.

No, we are no using an agent, did you? I seen a section on the TRA form for an agent. It didn't say it was optional to fill it...
