I know this is gonna sound silly since the rules say that no refund will be made but I applied in Ocotober 2008 for 175 visa..I am on the MODL not CSL and obviously there is no way to...

Zeeash you are wrong...secondary applicant needs 4.5 overall band score and not over 4.5 in all modules. There is a big difference there.

Better double check on that - I have read somewhere that 175 cannot be granted while you are in Australia - you have to be "offshore"

But "Accountant" is a separate category altogether - My duties are exactly the same as the duties listed for an "external auditor" - except I don't do it but train the guys at office...
