Thing is i was exactly the same back in 2003 moving over to nz and in some ways i guess it was even more stressfull then as we were moving lock stock and barrel so had no escape plans...

We are so fortunate..renting out our home to good long term renters who we know, managing to cover all our storage, rental and letting fees as well as generating an income...

Just get a Pure Evoke Radio!.
Its internet radio as well as DAB. The internet component enables you to listen to over 5000 stations globally..It really is the biz and you'll be able to listen to all...

Yes it seems that the feedback we have had from other folk has been very similar to yours, which gives us more assurance as we never got out to NP during our time in NZ....

Hi

Having been back in UK for a year after 5 yrs in Bay of Plenty, I have a job lined up for Jan 2010 in New Plymouth.

We have NZ Passports and plan to mothball the house here in UK for a year....

We have no mortgage, and rent would be about 600GBP a month going into UK account.

Based on tax figures above, our tax allowance would be 6,475.

Longish story..Went to Bay of Plenty New Zealand in 2003 with wife Debbie (46 now) Chloe, daughter aged 15 (then!).
she met Maori boy in NZ (like they do!) and moved over to Joondalup,...
