Hmmm...think you're ambitious with the lower end of that scale...would say minimum $1,500 for most people, easily over $2,000. That said, anecdotally, rents are dropping with jobs being lost.

My understanding is that you would need to be married for immigration to allow him to come as well. To be honest, you would really struggle on $84k for 2 people.

Doing anything not stated on a work permit is inadvisable here, it's liable to get it revoked. Personally I don't know anyone who does this, which isn't to say it doesn't go on but I do know the...

In my experience the majprity of IT staff here are Bermudian - that would tend to mean it would be difficult for them o justify giving a job to an ex-pat, on the basis the skills exist there lready....

Hi B-13. To be honest I wouldn't get your hopes up about receiving a housing allowance. As is so often the case, you get better benefits the higher your wages. What I would say is try and avoid...
