I ate healthier in the UK as food imo was cheaper (or money went further).. so my choice is somewhat less & I end up eating crap now and then. But I get more exercise than I did in the UK and do more...

I've never used it but my mum still uses her spinner for washing which looking at photo's was used in 1974.

Christmas tree lights still rockin from 1973 (I'm guessing the bulbs have been changed...

ahh yeah that would prob make sense :)

Customs was $170, there was a storage handling fee of $265 and storage per week after that was $44 per week

JM were the mover in the UK & Wridgways...

Well mine was for 245 cubic feet, no idea if that's half a 20ft container or not.

I paid £1509 with JM which included insurance (goods valued up to £6k) which was for a shared container.. I did have to pay a customs\ quarantine charge when my goods arrived in Oz too.. so prob...

Ditto re John Mason's.. found them to be great, smooth packing in the UK.. only took a month to get here, unpacking by Wridgeways was fine and nothing broken.. so was very happy I used them :)

Bit of an update re my shared shipment with JM, It left the UK on Monday
(1st) and is apparently going to reach Perth on the 29th June where it will be with Aqis for 2 weeks so scheduled delivery...

I shipped my bike, all I used to clean it was something called Muc Off (you can get from Halfords) that my cousin left behind that and a brush of hot water did the trick. My chain was pretty dirty...

It depends how lucky you get, you might time it right and find someone wants to share a container the same time as you with whoever you decide.

I sent my stuff off a month a half prior to flying...

Looking into this myself.. iinet get good reviews has anyone used Internode? Whilst it obv depends if I can get them in my area they are cheaper to setup, monthly contract and have no peak\off peak...
