We have a ground floor apartment on Esuri and would like to put a gate through the fence to directly access the swimming pool area. Could anyone who has had this work done let me know...

I'm a Rago 1 owner, and hadn't had copies of the minutes or a DD Mandate!

Maybe this would be a good opportunity to take advice of other posters as to appointing a more 'independent' management...
