Irish leaving cert qualifications

Just wondering if these would be recognized in Canada as our daughter will be 17.5 when she takes them. Grades aren't given just points. The maximum being 600, 7 subjects taken but only the points...

The photo training I received in the RAF was equivilant to the first 2 years of the course (done in 6 months) and I finished it as a day release course ( 1 year) from work. Just don't ask me where...

Why not cook them like they do here in Ireland. Steam them in their skins ( after scrubbing them) and peel when cooked. never seen this done till I moved here 15 yrs ago but it does work.
