Exclamation 457 visa and 17 year old

Anyone been in oz with a 17 year old.? Mine has been once as oh is there (melbourne) and has now returned desperatly trying to get training sorted for him.

He has done one year of a bricklaying...

Yep think Im gonna have to stay till its sorted but rental is an option and houses are renting out quite quickly.

But as soon as made the decision to rent it out had 2 people wanting to look at it...

Wow so I am not the only one and it does realy help to know that, son is looking at soccer teams to join and think hes perking up a bit, gonna rent the house out and get there...

Well they are gone and its awful, 17 yr old who was up for it, is miserable, he wants to come home already and its not been a week yet ,we all miss each other terribly, this is somthing I would not...

Thanks for your replys, at least I am not the only on doing this.

I think its the uncertainty of not knowing how long it will take to sort the house out that is realy getting to me, but I am sure...

Anyone else staying in the uk to sell/rent out house whilst the rest of family goes ahead?
My OH and son 17 fly out on Friday and I am fed up, would have been better for us all to have gone together...
