Personally I would choose Lagos or Bergau. There is lots of advice on tripadvisor so they can do their homework on what suits them - taking the pressure off you.

My experience is that the Caxton card rates quoted online are what you will get when you add funds.

With Moneycorp it's usually less when you actually trade compared to what is shown.

I have a Caxton one and recommend it, saves carrying cash around and no atm fees.

I actually get a better rate than I do with large transactions via Moneycorp :confused:

Thankfully things are back to normal.

However, it's a good time to review booking terms & conditions outlining cancellation charges and advising guests to take out comprehensive travel insurance.

Ideally they will have insurance, but some aren't paying out.

As a goodwill gesture you could consider the following as alternatives to a full refund:

* Offer to re-book them for another...
