The problem is there was never a condominium set up for my block as there was not enough apartments sold, i purchashed one other apartment 4 years ago also in cabanas and didn't pay any condominium...

Depending on the size of one's apartment charges can differ, 1 bedroom as much as 400 euros, 2 bedroom as much as 500 euros and 3 bedrooms as much as 600 euros per anum none of which are excessive.
