Hi all...

Got to the Seattle immigration desks on Wednesday evening and within an hour we were finger printed, stampped and approved... Spent the last couple of days getting over jet...

I have still to determine the best way myself... however my good lady wife is a US tax payer (at least she fills in her IRS forms each year) and she declares what tax she has paid to the UK by...

Actually, even if you switch agents, providing your house was on the market BEFORE the mandatory HIPs requirement, you still don't need one.

We switched agents twice and we've not needed one.

I assume you would put a covering letter in the package you return... and they would take it from there. (they did say they would send instructions on what to do next... I guess those instructions...
