we live in Airdrie AB; before that we were in glasgow.. around 30mins from airdrie, UK!
I love Airdrie. it has a few problems with school overcrowding, i hope they definately fix that soon.

quorn - ugh... has no one had any adverse effects after eating it? i get severe stomach cramps, fever and then i have to rush to the loo - eaten it twice and both times this happened. won't ever...

well, we went through a mortgage broker here in Airdrie alberta.
10% down was fine after a year of renting.
don't just stick to the banks... if you've got your UK credit history when you come over...
