Kiwi banks are great at charging for every little thing! What we did when we came over was to bring cash for the first couple of weeks and opened a BNZ account straight away to transfer money into....

Just taking a break from packing boxes which we have been doing for 4 days, it feels great to be getting rid of more accumulated rubbish even though we did it 5 years ago when we emigrated.

Just sold our house in South Otago, after trying on and off for two years, but we have to be out by 25th January!!!!!!!

Yep we have mentioned Nelson today and may take a more serious look. We are busy at the moment finishing landscaping the garden so that we can put the house on the market.
