You have seven days by law to change things , they always come up with rubbish answers just because they dont want to change the item , getting very stroppy often works .

Finding a job is very hard , unless you are prepared to do hotel or restaurant work, also you may get work teaching English . You dont say where you want to live in Italy, as a lot depends on that .

You have to be over 14 years old;) to drive one and if you dont have a driving license for a car you have to pass a test.
