i cant make up my mind about going via the bank or brokers - the bank doesnt have good rates but i know its safe i dont know if others like XE TRADE are safe. im sure they must be if ppl use them.

yes on his w-2 for 2005 it was 32,590 and for 2004 it was 27,384 so that is well above the family of 3 right?

There really isnt any FASTEST WAY to to get things rolling on the paperwork. There are options like the K1 Fiance visa which could take anything between 6 - 12 months providing it is a clean cut...
