All BCIS paperwork I submitted has been canceled. He decided to live "on the run" after we split up.

YOu need her arrival record (I-94) to submit form 765 so there is no way you can send the application with out it.

Oscar went to the SS office this morning and every thing ran smoothly!!! He was told to call tomorrow to get the actual number. As soon as we get the number, he's off to fill out job applications...

We haven't heard anything yet on AOS. I've heard of others using k1 as well.

On June 18, 2003, after approving your application, we ordered a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

WE GOT APPROVED TOO!!!!!!!!!!

Here in Houston you can file while 130 is pending. I think it depends on your district office. We filed in person.
