don't get Poste Pay for the moment (reason being the internal upheaval in the Poste) I have paypal and use it fine. Top it up at the lotto shop and have no problems what so ever

example if the father died with a will, and the immediate family (wife and sons) accept the house, car etc they have to accept...

The contract is always a 50/50 thing when it comes to rent. Then there is the 20% of the annual rent to pay every year which is another grande cazzata!

You mean converted to a 4 + 4? If there is any conversion its 50% the tentants and 50% the owners.
