don't get Poste Pay for the moment (reason being the internal upheaval in the Poste) I have paypal and use it fine. Top it up at the lotto shop and have no problems what so ever

As an Italian citizen could you ask your landlord/lady to say that they are allowing you to stay in their appartment in exchange for free English lessons...

unfortunately the family get the debits if the accept the "credit"

example if the father died with a will, and the immediate family (wife and sons) accept the house, car etc they have to accept...

The contract is always a 50/50 thing when it comes to rent. Then there is the 20% of the annual rent to pay every year which is another grande cazzata!

You mean converted to a 4 + 4? If there is any conversion its 50% the tentants and 50% the owners.
