nope car number plates here are 09 (year) C (county it's registered in) 1234 (the number it's given when it's registered) and they start in January. Or at least they have done for years unless it...

I've been home in Ireland for 17 years and watched the country go from impoverished to mega rich, it's frightening how much has changed and how quickly it happened, and now in just a few short months...
