I hope you don't mind my asking....but why did you leave BC..? Was it because it is so expensive. I know we would never be able to afford to own a house there...

Is lovely here too. Weather is great for the most part. Winters are long and cold though. We are right on the doorstep of the Foret de Gresigne - largest natural oak forest in France - stunning...

Thanks. I had forgotten how inhospitable the sea was in that part of the world - it may be cold in england a lot of the time.......but the sea off the coast of dorset is great for swimming........! ...
