Not 100% certain but Y.P.A may have gone bust, I think they own or use to own a development near the new church in cabanas thats just nearing completion.

In any case they did not want to know us...

Yes there are definitely more sunbeds on phase 1. There was also quite a few people around the pool on phase 1 when I last visited 3 weeks ago. The apartments are looking great. Photos attached and...

Ha your right about the lifts you could starve to death in low season!!...was out there just before xmas stayed in phase 1, lift was handy for the luggage although as you say only one at a time.

Our contract is dated from 2005 in english,the spanish contract the same date 2005 but the completion dates differ, english is dec 06 spanish july 08.
