The points is missing with adaptability and arranged employment, strange because they did not have response from employer stating that the job is permanent inderterminate.

Just a sad note to let u all know that after waiting for 2 yrs cic wrote me yesterday saying that i did not meet residency requirement.

They said i have only 65 points, after living here for 14...

I did the medical from jan 09, no passport request received. Just don't know what to expect.

I just do not know why decision made has been on my file over 6 weeks, i have made numerous attempts to contact cic in London but no further correspondence.

I have just given up all hopes now,...

I have taken my second medical 29/1/09 and have been waiting for 2 yrs. When i look at my file it states decision made this has been this way for nearly 5 wks so i think for me it might be negative...

I did my medical in Jan 09, they just wanted confirmation that the job i am doing is permanent. But the job is only for 3 yrs and employers will not support me with this.

So if it does not work...

What does decision made mean? It has been showing on my file for over 3 weeks and cic in London has not been in touch.

Thank u yoong they have me working now as a pca, this is the dilema, i am now working as a care aid. Due to my background being psychiatric.

My problem is cic wants a letter from hr to say that my position is indeterminate and permanent. Hr refuses to write that letter, how do i get around this?

I started the process Feb07, Children were not impressed at the time, now i cannot even mention anything about going back to the uk, they do not want to know.

I am a single parent and just did it all alone, love bc, i am a mental health nurse but unfortunately been placed on a medical ward. I am still traumatised sp over this.

i am confused, i also have a fear of driving here in Vancouver, everything is so much bigger. You could get to a junction and have a 4 way crossing and also going around the roundabout...
