We only want to land and activate our visa's we dont plan on moving out till next year hopefully the house will sell soon but if it doesnt sell if we could land with proof of funds in property that...

Not much after weve sold paid estate agents etc we will have just enough for our settlement fund. the house price has droppped by about £25,000 in the last year or so

We have had to delay because our house has dropped in value :frown: so were taking an extra 6-12 months to save. were coming out in september to activate our visa's just looking into booking it...

I'm pretty sure it can be in either a uk or canadian account but if it's in a uk bank account they will work it out depending on the exchange rate so you might want to bear that in mind. xx
