I got my temp spouse visa approved by email on 20th Feb, posted my passport for the visa label down to Aus house by special post on Monday 24th Feb and received my passport back...

Thanks for all the tips you're a good 'un. Form downloaded and filled in (apart from passport numbers as i'm still waiting for my new passport) i've even done form 80 just incase they request...
