Paul came over in November and we lived together until January when we were maried. He was not allowed to work for 3 months because of his status. I don't have any tax returns, car/home stuff, etc....

Thanks for the info. As far as moving back any sooner, I'm not sure that we can. I am applying for my visa in February so hopefully that doesn't affect us. What are the income requirements now?
