Has anyone got suggestions for companies that offer short term home insurance? We need 2 months cover until we leave for Australia. Our home is occupied.

Thanks, I'll look into this option. We'll be getting quotes from Pickfords, AP, Crown etc as well to see how it all compares. Husband's work is paying but the funding is not unlimited :o

I called the embassy, and was given a different email address. No response received from that either! Also emailed the KCC but the response was that they are not authorised to respond to the request....

MMR - vs individual shots

Regarding MMR for the medical interview - when I had immunisations for these diseases they were given separately, Measles and Mumps at one time, Rubella a few years later.

This suffices for MMR,...

No, I read a few sites at state.gov, the London consulate site, a few others (some of which contradicted each other) decided overpreparing would be the better option.
